Our Policies



Due to the current global COVID Virus situation, shipments may experience some delays. We appreciate your understanding.

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, nor outside of the United States
  • We are unable to ship certain items due to freight and/or shipping discretion by carrier.
  • While not guaranteed, we make every effort to ship your items the same day your order is received Monday through Friday before 4pm CST
  • Weekend orders will ship on Monday or according to the availability listed on each product page
  • Packages are only delivered on business days. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
  • Some items maybe delayed or on back order during emergency situations and may exceed lead times.

Our warehouses are located in south and central USA. Products we do not currently stock in our warehouse will have a lead time of 1-12 weeks. To increase the speed of delivery we may ship directly from the manufacturer to you. If you have questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call us at 800.610.4213 Please notify us of any shipping discrepancies within 10 days of receipt.

Government and Public Institution Purchases

We extend 30-day terms automatically and do not require a minimum order amount for federal, state, county, city, military, college or hospital purchases. We happily accept GSA credit cards and do not require you to fill out a credit form. Simply enter your purchase order number online, fax us your purchase order, or give us a call and we will get your order rolling.

NO RETURNS as of January 1st, 2020 till further notice - As a precaution to customers and employees no returns will be accepted due to COVID Virus concerns and CDC guidelines. We expect this to change in the future, but we do not know when exactly this will change. 

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not refundable, or have certain restrictions on return.

Gas: We are unable to accept returns on gas due to manufacturer's policies and associated HazMat fees. 

BW Clip Monitors and BW Honeywell GasAlert Clip Extreme Monitors: Once activated, these units cannot be shut down and will continue to run for their two year life span prohibiting these items from being shipped because the alarm may be activated during transit. Additionally, these items are unable to be resold after activation. Of course, if you haven't yet activated your monitor, we will happily take it back.

NIOSH Filter & Cartridge Items: Due to COVID restrictions.

RESPIRATOR/face-masks or face coverings Items: Due to COVID restrictions.

Custom Made Items: Once a custom-made item has been ordered, the item may not be cancelled or returned unless the product is defective.

Clearance Items: All sales are final and sold as is for clearance items.


No refunds or returns on any purchases or pre-orders due to COVID restrictions, supply and demand.

Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for product errors or omissions listed on, including descriptions or pricing. We are human and can make a mistake.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once items are delivered via tracking #. Beware of porch pirates! Ask neighbors to look out for you if possible.
